Pros

You work on your own without having a manager looking over your back and you can do a lot of traveling if its something you like.

Cons

Coworkers aren't to be trusted as everyone is jockeying for position. Biggest issue is the retirement fund is being spent by upper management. They are cooking the books with accounts that are not profitable to make it look like the company is doing better than what they are really doing. They are trying to keep the stock value up until some of the upper management retires and that's when the company stock is going to fall and fall fast.

Pros

Paid training provided, no previous experience required, monthly photo competitions in a variety of subjects to earn cash prizes, and employee owned.

Cons

Many days it felt like I was working an assembly line, there was poor and inaccurate scheduling, and the company has unrealistic expectations for quality of photographs in the minimal time allotted. Very high volume setting.

Pros

Excellent products, high standard of customer service, friendly work environment, great team mindset. Seasonal work that allows weeks of down time. Generous recognition for employee excellence.

Cons

Lack of timely communication regarding significant changes to employee schedules; lack of communication regarding significant changes to operations, and abbreviated schedules that still require a 5-day work week. Recognition programs and event tend to focus on photographers rather than entire staff.
