Pros

There isn't much special about this place. Okay management with decent working hours in the office environment. Set schedule for office employees.

Cons

They don't give much training. The training they do give is out of sorts and confusing. Benefits package is the worst I've ever seen in an office environment. Okay job if you're in between places and need a place holder. The benefits don't increase very much as you go and your PTO caps off after 6 years.

Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

I worked for two different divisions of Lifetouch. At the first division several "Man-Hater" co-workers were constantly insulting any man that they worked with, to include subtle insults directed at male customers. At the second division, I was constantly accused of being a racist, homophobe and sexist. They also directed incredible insults at church goers and Christians. A Christian would have to be a fool to contract with Lifetouch.

Pros

Many of the people are simply amazing! They have a mission field in the Dominican Republic where they assist with building schools. They have a heart for community.

Cons

Systems are outdated. Nepotism is rampant. Wages are ridiculously low. The company has a vision of growth but extremely outdated systems have been the bane of this companies existence for the last twenty years. The only way they have grown over the last 15 years is by acquisition. The operations side is so complex that it is self-defeating. Many of the regional competitors are capitalizing on their continued stumbling. For 9 months out of the year, there is NO work life balance at all.
