Pros

Fun fast paced and got to work with kids helps to keep you young. Salary OK ESOP is good retirement plan but needs some modifications. Summers off in school divisions

Cons

Too much travel with to little compensation for the travel. Very long hours. Only 8-9 months of work

Long hours, lots of responsibility and accountability but no ability to effect changes.

Pros

The company offers a great service that I believe in. The people make the company good, the management team does not value those that work there.

Cons

They work their employees hard with very little to no recognition for work over and above the expected norm. It can be understood that sometimes extra work is required, but when completing the work of 3 people to save filling a headcount, it gets old.
