Benefits, if your lucky to have them.

Cons

Company has Compleatly unrealistic expectations and "goals". Upper management is clueless. Your treated like a dog. 12 to 14 hour days. Never have a day off without 20+ calls. No support or help from DM's they only ride you and beat you down. During holidays, forget your family cause you won't see them at all much less eat or use the restroom. Keeping staff is impossible with the amount of stress and no pay. No way to advance and never any pay compensation for a job well done. Just a plastic pin and a handshake.

Summers off, work with kids, photography experience

Cons

Long hours, seasonal, low pay, early morning, lots of driving. Company culture has gone downhill over the years, they just dont care about their employees like they used to.

Management that does not want to know the real issues but thrives on people who tell them what they want to hear. Communication is layered and not direct making it tough to voice real concerns.
