I loved the actual photography sessions.

Cons

The company only cares about the bottom line. Employees literally mean nothing to them.

Pros

You get to work with customers every day and a fun creative environment I also manage a staff of up to 20 people which makes it a rewarding opportunity to train and develop those Associates into leadership roles

Cons

Working weekends and many on-call shifts very little training and development once you're hired very little raises working for the company 12 years only about 6 years did they give raises to employees because of poor company performance

A great culture of employee owners that truly care about the success of the territory. Plenty of opportunities to advance for anyone that is motivated.

Cons

Most jobs are seasonal which hurts the talent acquisition year to year. Entry level jobs pay market rate but demand a lot more than most comparable entry level jobs.
