Pros

the ESOP and benefits are really good

Cons

not a fun place to work. they are slave drivers and do not appreciate anyone for anything. they let you know you are replaceable. they give .01 to .10 raises once a year and its not by ability or your work ethic. its a general 1% raise for everyone.

Pros

If you love to work with kids, this is a great job. I worked for the jcpenneys portrait studio under lifetouch, and got a nice discount. And I didn't have to worry about my own equiptment.

Cons

One, the schedule is never the same. You can get called into work at a very late notice. Two, they are very strict on sales. Lots of customers I had used groupon and got lots of discounts, and it hurt my sales average. However, my customers were happy. But because my sales average was low, I was facing termination, which was beyond reduliculous.
