Pros

Decent people to work with.

Cons

The pay is barely enough to pay the bills. Not competitive at all. It's never quite good enough..you can work 50+ hours a week and still never get ahead.

Pros

Meet new people, make new friends. The people are generally kind.

Cons

Pay is extremely low! If you are retired with nothing to do and a steady pension, by all means work for this company. But if you need money, look elsewhere. For the amount of work and physical activity, the pay is pretty insulting. McDonalds, In N Out burger, Target and just about anywhere, pays more than LifeTouch. If you want to attract higher quality people and photographers or sales reps, then pay them more than $500-700 per month. On Average most of the people I spoke to were making about this much. Shameful.
