Pros

Seasonal employment means you can spend summers of with the kids.

Cons

Low pay, no benefits. In Irvine, CA the sales reps bully the rest of the employees which is OK with management because they bring in the money. Less people buy pictures node that digital cameras have been invented so the company is losing profitability and viability

Pros

Sometimes you get to work with a fun crew. Get off early in the day. long lunch break some days

Cons

-paid hourly not by mileage for driving...could drive up to 2 hours -have to store a bunch of stuff in your car -everyone gets paid the same amount, even if they have more responsibility -have to work on saturdays during the summer -somedays have to wake up extremely early
