Pros

they are flexible with your schedule, you would earn bonuses for selling some of the photo packages, also some of the session were really fun.

Cons

i was there almost 2 1/2 years and they only gave me a raise of only 20 cents.

Pros

In the summer we get Fridays off.

Cons

For four months out of the year we are 40 hours. The rest of the time we are 32 or 35 hours. Makes it very difficult to pay your bills. We have never received a raise.

Pros

Employee stock and health benefits. Working with the schools is the easy and fun part. Good stepping stone for furthering your career

Cons

Corporate and leadership are on the wrong path and it has detrimental effects to the field. It is always changing and nothing catches long enough to truly be effective. It's like grabbing at straws. It's unfortunate. And, new hires, pay scales, and comp plans are all over the board and seem to have no standards.
