Pros

The opportunity to expand your skills is definitely there for the taking. Chances are given to further your career. The ESOP is a wonderful benefit.

Cons

Promotions are hard to come by, and hard work is sometimes rewarded with more hard work.

Pros

Great HR department, good solid framework.

Cons

Too many changes to quick. They purchased Olan Mills and instead of fostering confidence they through us under the bus with new procedures, rules and requirements. After a lengthy employment my job was eliminated.

Pros

None whatsoever, I gained nothing from this experience.

Cons

This company demonstrated a complete, ruthless disregard for their employees by arbitrarily closing 266 studios. My studio received virtually no support from management and is being closed in order to eliminate competition with another nearby studio. My studio hours were designed to drive business to this other studio, thereby promoting failure in mine. Lifetouch's behavior since acquiring Olan Mills Studios has been shameful.
