Pros

Flexible schedule, decent benefits, and every day brings about new challenges. ESOP program is a plus and if you make a career at LIfetouch this will pay off when you are ready to retire.

Cons

You are set up for failure. My training consisted of 5 days in the office, where i was given a laptop, and access to iHub to basically train myself. The staff turn over is constant, management are glorified sales professionals and do not have the time to invest in training to build a successful team.

Pros

Creative outlet, easy, working with people

Cons

Damage to knees and back, expect perfection on just over min wage. Company as a whole doesn't care about you, the one in the field, doing the actual work. Drama within the management at the studio level. Not carefully thought out transitions when trying to get innovative. Equipment is always breaking down, refurbished parts in constant cycle. Part time hours are not guaranteed, they expect you to stay on call with out knowing what hours you'll actually get.

Pros

Office personnel are generally friendly and informed.

Cons

Easy to get injured. Frequent injuries to photographers' backs and knees. Had to invest in braces that are only helping to somewhat reduce the pain and damage. Their photography equipment takes up space in your car and home. High amount of work, a lot of it off the clock, for barely above minimum wage. Leaves you with little time or engery for any life outside of the job. They expect professional quality work and attention to details for poverty wages. I cannot live in Los Angeles on the small wage they pay.le
