Pros

Great team work with partners (so far) - on hands learning studio setup - great customers if you like working with people.

Cons

Pushing sales at customers who cannot afford to purchase. Once you make commission, seems like that's all you get. Not many perks to the job other than the customers who are wonderful. No expenses paid for if you opt to drive back and forth- and only allowed $15 a day for meals and $55 for hotel/motel stays. Company only insures you will make minimum wage. NO overtime even though time away from home can be up to 15 hours away. Some weeks not scheduled for work (I asked for one day off). I cannot make a living at the wages offered.

Pros

Professional equipment with a good training program. Good product delivered to customers.

Cons

Demanding grind. Small paycheck, long hrs. Early morning raiser required. Much heavy lifting. Not much regard for employees. Was scolded then fired for taking a short lunch break.

They have a great ESOP plan for employees who become vested after a 7 month period.

Cons

Company chose to close the location and over 300 employees lost their job in just a few days notice.
