Lots of employee drama but get to know these people well, you will see them much more than you do your family.

Too many of the Project Managers can't tell the difference between serious customers and "tire-kickers." As a consequence, too much work is loaded onto the plates of our limited R&D and production staff, and key customers actually willing to spend big $$$ aren't given the proper attention they deserve. In the end, the potential $$$ ends up going elsewhere.
