Leadership was very "clicky" and did not create an environment that fostered psychological safety. I was afraid to voice concerns or ideas. I never felt heard, valued, or like part of the team. Leadership seemed to only care about numbers and their best interest, not the best interest of staff or learners. This sometimes created health, safety, and development concerns for staff and learners. I would not enroll my child. So sad to watch. I always felt like I was in trouble when advocating for the needs of those who did not have a voice in matters and ended up being targeted unfairly and collaborated against. I went above and beyond for the learners, staff, and company and was shocked to have been treated the way I was. The last company meeting reassured us of the company being "financially healthy" although many roles were being modified or reduced, not supporting that claim.
