Remote but barely a pro when you can’t move from your desk.

Cons

Making one department do all the work of every other department. Showing favoritism . Messing with people’s schedules and lunches. Under pay . Not enough mental health taken seriously.

Local; nice people work in the branches; most people care about their work and do their best to provide good service.

Cons

C-level management is not the least bit focused on Member return on investment. They seem to be only interested in making themselves appear important. NECU does not provide value to Members and management does not seem interested in doing so. They spend a lot on PR and "image" but it is all smoke & mirrors. The Board of Directors has shirked their responsibility to Members and employees.
