Pros
Many hours. Flexible schedule with school. Great middle management.
Cons
Poor leadership and communication skills from upper management. Leads to a very high turnover rate with employees. More than 90% quit within first year of working. 16 hour days back to back. Companies motto for staff is that someone turns 18 every day.
