Cons
As had been stated the CEO is a piece of work. Yes, you had a great idea. Yes, you can code. No, you don’t know how to run a company. The bulk of executive are too green for the roles they occupy and it shows. There a lot of yelling and a lot of stress. There is even one executive who oversees three entirely different departments but is really only trained and qualified in one. Everyone despises her and thinks she’s useless but she hangs on because why pay for three qualified people when you can pay one person who can’t do two thirds of the work. That’s the company in a nutshell.
