It's a really nice office, great people to work with

Cons

No bonus. If you've been here for a few years and want a salary increase, they only say that there is no money for that, you only get a "we appreciate you and love your work" but don't expect anything else. If you get promoted or switched from teams, there's no brief, no job description. You just need to figure it out.
