Culture, Senior leadership, zero remote possibilities, no CEO future vision. Everyone is scared of losing their job. I could say more, but I'm done. Be warned.

So many cons but mainly no remote work. No raises no promotions even if your annual reviews are good they tell you there’s no budget for raises and promotions. No bonuses. They also take attendance by the way to see if you’re coming in on time and making sure you’re not leaving early. You’re treated like a student in school basically. All executives are selfish and only care about themselves and don’t care about employees at all. Basically the only reason i would work here is if i was desperate for a job or experience. Even then you will be miserable though. There’s literally no major perks working here at all. It’s crazy that this company thinks they are doing fine. Not to mention they laid off so many people out of the blue recently. Maybe if you didn’t hire 50 grad students that had very little purpose and value at the company you would have budget to retain people and give raises rather than laying off employees that were great. Very poor budget management. Very poor executive leadership and don’t even get me started on the HR department. Overall if i could give this company a ZERO that’s what I would do.
