Pros

Co-workers are helpful and supportive but everyone is trying to leave.

Cons

No 401K match, no raises, no bonus, no flex and no hybrid. No incentive to stay. Medical coverage is horrible. If there's a storm or unsafe conditions to drive to work, you have to take PTO. You only get a total 20 days along with a few holidays.

This includes no cost medical benefits for employees, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement and 29 days of paid time off (PTO). With regard to onsite work, we recognize the importance of having an engaged team and have embraced an in-office work environment.
