Co-workers very nice and normally work as a team ... Pay comparative to other hospitals

Unnecessary 'paperwork'/busywork that kept being added to daily routine - took away from good patient care

Pros

Enjoyed working with my fellow nurses. Always have job openings.

Cons

Too much on call, clueless management that have no idea about patient acuity and adequate RN to patient ratio, they are more concerned with saving money than saving patients. A very weak union that really does nothing except take union dues. Revolving door for employees.
