The only good thing about this company is that they allow dogs in the office.

Cons

Bad culture and management don’t care about their employees. You get to do what they want and not what you want. They give promises with no action. Their HR only listens to management and won’t help the employees

Pros

High level of autonomy and not micromanaged. The employees at Limbach are/were pretty great. The salary above average.

Cons

A bit of a sink or swim culture but that’s been my experience at other companies as well. My supervisor spent very little time with me at all. So it was a good thing that I could swim.
