4yThank you for taking the time to write this review. We are proud to be able to offer a high level of pay and benefits to our employees. We have taken a hard look at our employees and how we can promote growth within. We have developed a number of leadership training programs as well as created a career site. This career site shows what all positions can develop into within the company. We encourage our employees to review this site and have the conversation with their managers about what it will take to achieve the next level in their careers.

This being one of our core values, caring for our employees, customers and ourselves is very important to us. That same focus has really had us hone in on our training programs. As of late, we have dedicated many resources to this key area and are quickly improving the programs that we have in place and also adding additional training resources. Training really ties into that "We Care" core value.
