Hello and thank you for your feedback. Lack of transparency and communication within Limbach have been topics brought up to Senior Management over the last few years. That said, there have been gradual improvements made which include weekly communications that share hot topics within the company and also a weekly CEO video with company updates. As we continue to evolve as a company, we are exploring other means of communication and info sharing within the organization.

Great Core Values, Great Coworkers, Leadership team is fantastic. Everyone works hard and genuinely likes one another. Leadership believes in creating a great culture with open communication. Really great place to work.

Cons

Can be a disconnect between branches/corporate. Culture can be different between branches but that is pretty typical for a National Company. Office could use an upgrade.
