4yHello and thank you for your feedback. A current initiative in our company is to provide our managers with the tools to properly lead and develop their teams. We realize we may have some gaps and are not perfect but we are trying to get better. Our employees are a huge part of that as we welcome and encourage any and all ideas for improvement. Our company structure is a constant topic of conversation for many reasons. Most importantly, we look at our structure and what may be the best way to serve our employees, customers and stakeholders.
