Pros

Great Core Values, Great Coworkers, Leadership team is fantastic. Everyone works hard and genuinely likes one another. Leadership believes in creating a great culture with open communication. Really great place to work.

Cons

Can be a disconnect between branches/corporate. Culture can be different between branches but that is pretty typical for a National Company. Office could use an upgrade.

Currently under development, are detailed plans for employee growth. Depending on position, employees can see the different routes that they can take within Limbach and the specific training/experience necessary to achieve those goals.
