The majority of the people are great to work with. Lay back atmosphere. To gain experience, this is a good place to earn it.

Cons

No growth opportunities, a lot of micromanaging. Management needs a lot of improvement.

Safety program is great. The non management employees are great people.

Cons

Corp. has sat on reviews from the employees and have not addressed or corrected the overworked employees. Every job is under bid. They always have a few workers charge other jobs that they have not worked on. The old saying is lets borrow from Peter to Pay Paul.
