some good solid core people, only a few left there now

"backstabbing" management blames labor and other hardworking people to keep their jobs, a toxic environment created by the branch manager and supported by "puppet" operations manager and leadership. Masters at "cooking the books" even on federal government jobs. high turnover of employees, laughing stock of the industry in California
