Pros

Above normal pay scale decent healthcare coverage . Not many pros. You can advance here but it all depends on how much of your soul you’re willing to sell

Cons

You are literally a name and a number. There is no loyalty to its employees. None of the current managers have any clue how to run a service department. It shows why they failed two other previous times to start a service department and if they continue in the path they are taking it will happen all over again.
