Limbach gives employees challenging and rewarding work. There is great upward mobility within the company. Managers are very supportive and care about personal growth.

Cons

There is some disorganization in upper management. Also fast growth has caused some growing pains resulting in employee turnovers. No major complaints.

There's a lot of autonomy to do your job. The company is extremely flexible with scheduling demands. The benefits are above average in most areas.

Cons

Little direction and support from C-level management from both a project and policy perspective. Problems are more likely to be ignored than resolved.
