      Working for LimeBike has been nothing short of exciting! Watching a company that has more than doubled in size in my 6 months is inspiring! It is not every day that you come across a company that is changing how cities function, and positively affecting the lives of millions. This is a company for creative problem solvers, and if that is you, prepare to thrive. MUST BE A FORWARD THINKER! Leadership is the best of the best from various industries, and the collective knowledge and experience is powerful. Even with an impressive lineup at the very top, your voice is still equally as loud which is very refreshing. - Flexible hours - Good benefits - Growth opportunities - Available an approachable executive team - Market leader in one of the fastest growing industries - Strong vision and mission

      Cons

      The hours, though flexible, can be long at times. You must practice your own regulaton, otherwise you can get caught up and work very long days.

      You get to ride bike at work! Fair Hourly pay.

      Cons

      Your hours will get cut with no forewarning. You will have to pick up slack from coworkers. My direct manager did not give everyone a fair chance for the shift lead position. Rumor was my manager just walked right up to my coworker and gave him the promotion! Funny because although this guy became the shift lead-he needed Tuesdays and Thursdays off to go to class! I was eager to work full time and start a career with this company! Sad I was laid off with no sympathy from my manager.

      Pros

      All the founders are A+ players in their respective fields. The talent and mindset definitely trickle downward, and this is the first company I've worked at where there's this huge opportunity to really surface problems and solve them without too much red tape. Everyone responds to good data.

      Cons

      Extremely competitive business means there's a bumpy ride at all times. Look around and make sure you've picked the right horse! Engineers also work pretty hard, but hours are flexible and self-regulated.
