      Unsafe working conditions

      Very few, largely unimpressive employees, company not diverse. It is possible to enjoy work here in a non operational role

      Cons

      Divergent expectations, no strategic acumen required. Essentially they need warehouse management and not strategic operations. Should not be advertised as a senior role

      Remote Flexibility, but Limited Long-Term Vision

      Pros

      the freedom to work remotely, which allowed for a good level of personal flexibility. Beyond that, the overall experience was challenging.

      Cons

      The organization often lacked structure, with poor planning and unclear priorities. Opportunities for growth were limited, and there was little visibility into a long-term strategy. Unfortunately, there was also a noticeable lack of commitment to employees, which made it difficult to feel valued or motivated over time.
