- Global & connected team - Great product/service (in theory)

Cons

- Leadership hides behind a facade of empathy and feedback, while practicing the polar opposite. - The unit economics DO NOT WORK. They've been preaching a righting of the ship forever, but if the company could not make the financials work in Paris, they're not going to work anywhere else. - There have been 3 CEOs in 3 years. The current CEO could not be a bigger micromanager.

- Smart colleagues - Great mission (sustainability and offering equitable transportation to underserved communities) - Challenging work

Cons

- Terrible benefits and below market pay - Rampant favoritism and bias towards hiring ex-Uber. This also leads to promotions for those in the inner circle - Diversity is non-existent - Poor leadership or lack thereof (product and recruiting) - Took a massive cut on company valuation - Poor morale - Lack of innovation and fast follows the competition (Bird)

Good idea of the scooter business and very fast growing company. New opportunities in different functions and if you are good at corporate politics, you will get what you want

Cons

Hard workers are demoted. Only those from a specific company can get credit. Leadership doesn't care about employees. Of course, no work/life balance.
