      Laid back culture since COVID-19 as most of people are not working.

      Leadership is useless. No one really cares about feedbacks or culture, unless they want to avoid lawsuits. Org structure is ridiculous with managers who manage just one or two people. You shouldn’t make people managers just because they don’t contribute much as an IC Dishonest management. Many of them here are just for boosting their resumes, and whatever they said is to keep their team to stay. You cannot rely on people who failed to grow themselves to help others With the leave of Head of product(again), the company will be staying in a mess for even longer.
