Pros

Good potential for growth (in my department), wonderful team. Gained a lot of valuable experience while I was there.

Cons

Upper management is very much out for themselves and have no problem making changes that benefit them while other employees face the consequences. The company culture and morale are not good. End of story. The work-life balance is terrible; the company expects you to be at their beck and call at all times. Upper management acts like they are transparent with their employees but are NOT. Cash must be very tight and lots of markets have been closed recently. The outlook is grim. Beware if you are looking to join this company!

Pros

Great co-workers, and Unlimited PTO

Cons

-ELT -Low Pay -No Bonuses -No budget -No career development opportunities -Worst culture I have ever experienced in 10 years of working. -HR is pointless and are there to protect ELT members not employees.

Neglected culture, and it shows

Pros

The service is amazing, and I think actually transformative for cities. We care about making it something useful for the world. We've seen great growth, and you can learn a lot from that alone.

Cons

Most leadership has never shown they genuinely care for people. A lot of politics - constant battles between teams for resources, information, influence, attribution. Decisions based on "data" in theory, but too often also personalities. Leadership knows about the issues, but will always prioritize growth over HR violations (but will keep talking about the importance of culture in all-hands). Top-down with low autonomy. Low pay. Extremely high turnover. If you're Chinese, you could be in the in-group and it'll be a bit better. If not? Good luck.
