Pros

The work is often interesting and there are some good engineers to work with.

Cons

Low wages and lack of respect from management. An engineer at Lime that is not "good enough" to get a raise can get $55,000 more by leaving. Rigid and hierarchical for a company of this size. Promotions are less based on merit, more based on who is likely to quite without a promotion and who is good as showing off to upper management. Code quality is not valued.

Pros

Experienced executives, talented team, and Lime is winning the scooter wars!

Cons

Still sorting out a few key hires, some inexperienced middle managers
