Overtime Sitting Personal space Can listen to music

Cons

Passive aggressive manger and supervisors Micromanaging Constant surprise projects Changed job position without notice Only cares about pulling in money and not about the customers/patients Minimal training (no phone training at all---learn as you go) Not enough time given to complete reports and penalized if they are incomplete 30 min lunch break Mandatory Saturday once a month when that was never mentioned during the hiring process Last 5 business days are mandatory extended hours (cannot leave until told and it is usually at least 2 hours past your normal leaving time) Does not care about employee's well-being

On the surface the management seems ok, but this company needs to invest in true business leaders. The company is run by a bunch ex- service guys and ex Respiratory Therapist, not many business savy the upper management. This is what is hurting Lincare

Cons

No real training, all upper management has been promoted through the ranks and they really have NO BUSINESS sense.

Great leads, weekends off, great schedule

Cons

Management demeans you, doctors notes mean nothing if you dont have sick time to cover missed day, written up for almost anything, even being a minute late from lunch.
