- great for brand new dietitians just out of their DI - good amount of clinical training with heavy emphasis on tube feeding (there is 1 week of training in a different state) -good entry level sales experience if you want to do sales -you get to meet a lot of people in your field (great for networking!)

Cons

-very high stress job that is low paying (compared to similar companies) -mileage reimbursement is lower than the national average (0.31 per mile) and you drive a lot -top management stresses sales and numbers with little regard to patient care -high turnover rate within the whole company (RDs and other) -disorganized company that effects patient care -Culture and values within the company are negative

Work hours were usually good.

Cons

Management awful, low pay... no sense of urgency or concern for patients. Fielded lots of calls from patients who did not get needed equipment, including oxygen. Company always trying to save a dollar at the expense of employees and patients. No room for advancement, unprofessional behavior from management.

There were no pros to this job. The executive management team was not proactive and they lost a lot of good employees due to blind eyes.

Cons

Pay was poor, employees were treated with lack of respect, executive management didn't look beyond the obvious until it was too late.
