Good benefits. Making clients happy

Cons

Not sure where to begin,they draw you in with positives. Then you find out there are none. Working a job that is meant for 6 people instead of one is kind of hard. You get no help,no training and under paid for the work that you do. Your boss and upper management all they do is talk at you and expect you to do your job on top of theres. They dont realize what u go thru for the company each day. My hard work got me stabbed in the back and was let go

Pros

Most of the people who are not management are nice to work with. They have good paid holidays above average over other companies. Excellent sales training program if you don't mind being away for two weeks straight.

Cons

Commissions are very difficult to track and extremely difficult to get paid on. While sales training is great, there is no formal training on how to get paid for your commissions. I didn't find out until after working there for 3 months - and that was from another sales rep telling me.

Pros

Worthy Cause for serving the needs of patients. People want to live at home longer, do better there healthwise, and deserve to be treated well

Cons

Lousy Industry with drastic reimbursement cuts, declining service capability and unappreciative referral accounts. The industry is squeezed, so the service staff are asked to work insane hours for crap pay. Sales gets pulled in fifty directions with little to no quality "product" to sell, since low pay combined with long hours leads to massive turnover in the service departments.
