Pros

I enjoy my immediate team mates. Pay is decent in comparison to the work load. There are advancement opportunities if you desire to pursue them.

Cons

As a Center Manager, it is very hard to retain support staff at such low wages. Service Reps tend to make in the $12/HR range, working on call weekends and after hours. These same employees can go to Apria Healthcare, have no on call at all, and make $16/HR or more. Another con is that no matter how good you perform month after month, if you slip just once, you are made to feel very unappreciated. There is a very oppositional attitude from partnering departments such as RBCO and O2 Conversion. Everyone always seems to be "passing the buck", making it extremely hard to find answers.

Fast paced, challenging, get what you earn, a lot of talented and smart people work there

Cons

Under staffed, slow to pay bonuses, change rules on bonus, also a lot of idiots that work there, many at the higher level of Managment.
