Lincare reviews

Cons are the unfairness. Like the other reviews, Lincare is all about the numbers, but each center has it's own management. Unfortunately, I work at one where the unfairness outweighs any pro there may be in my position. It could be a great job! I work with a CSR that literally runs the office, including the CM. It is known, and that's how it is. Get on her bad side, and you are done for.....It is amazing that this is allowed to happen, but it does. It affects everyone in the center, but she is the allmighty............. My center is run on fear. Upper management uses fear tactics to rule. Losing your job is ALWAYS hanging over your head if you don't have your numbers. No excuses, No mercy.........

You will be run ragged and not appreciated! I worked 1 and a half years for Lincare. I ran 2 routes for my own center then ran across the city to run routes for another center! 12-14 hour days are great if you never want to see your family! I took charge and reorganized the warehouse, re-established all of the routes, created professional-looking forms for the office, and regained patient confidence in the company. For this, I was fired for receiving a citation (for which the judge dropped the charges!) No, I transferred from one center on the other side of the country thinking that things would improve but it turns out that all three centers are messed up! I have been nothing but happy since I left Lincare! If you really need work, take it but be on the hunt for something better (if you can find the time)!! Good luck! :)
