You can feel good at the end of the day knowing the elderly cliental appreciates the service provided. Pay and benefits are solid.
Cons
You are on-call at least one week a month (24hrs a day). If you work in a center with a weak manager or where there is a lack of teamwork it will be easy to become frustrated and dissatisfied. If you work at an inefficient /disorganized center you may end up working unnecessay overtime which drains you.
