Pros
You can wear jeans and the coworkers are great. My position in the company was easy.
Cons
I was told when I was hired that there would be occasional over time, that turned into a mandatory 30 minuets every day plus most weekends. My supervisor tried to be intimidating and bully the staff, she had no prior training and she talked down to everyone. She once stood over me while I sat in my chair and yelled where everyone could hear her. She wrote me up for sending a fax to the wrong number, when it was clear the outdated machines they used were on much too high of a table for me to be able to see the screen clearly. I had proof that I had called and double checked the number and that the only fault was the height of the fax. After that - she had it out for me. She made it a point to find something wrong with everything I did and I was not at all surprised when I was fired (for being in the hospital for two days with a note). There is a super high turn over in every position and there are untrained people training people left and right. They can't keep people there and the ones they do manage not to drive off or fire within 90 days are workaholics who don't mind being talked down to and walked all over. I put out the highest amount of appeals and I got fired for missing two consecutive days of work with a hospital note. If you're a workaholic and you're never sick and you never make a mistake - this might be the job for you. The average length of people there is 1month - 1 year, although there are a handful of bitter people that have been there 16-20 years.
