Pros

None... besides it’s a job

Cons

Where to start... most toxic work environment I’ve ever been in. Management is absolutely terrible. No training what’s so ever but then you are expected to reach certain goals every month. It’s pretty much a call center job. Expect to take 30-100 calls a day. The work to life balance is horrific. They don’t disclose in the job post or interview that they can make you work “mandatory overtime” whenever they want with no notice. One night they kept us there until after 7pm when my hours were 8-4:30. Management won’t let you leave until they hit a budget so they look like good managers. It’s a joke. Expect to work Saturday's as well. With no notice. They will tell you on a Friday at 4pm when everyone is getting ready to go home that we are mandated to work Saturday. No talking allowed in the office.... it’s like military camp. Most of the time the “team lead” and manager dont know how to answer your questions about the work. They are just as clueless as their employees. Management also likes to play favorites for those employees who have been with the company for years. I was written up for calling in sick to work but yet a co worker of mine would miss a day every single week with no repercussions because she was close with the manager. All women=high school drama. Just so yourself a favor... and don’t even apply.

Pros

If you have no sales experience and can't find anything else, this is something to put on your resume

Cons

I was so lucky to get out before my 1 year mark. For a sales rep the annual salary is only $24,000. They straight up lied during my interview and promised with commission it would total to $40,000, but after 6 months I had only received around $2,000 in commission...$2,000!! Each office varies, but my office was extremely understaffed (3 people in my office of 12 had quit within my first few months) and reps do not get commission until orders are processed. My office was months behind on orders meaning I could sell 20 things that month and only get paid for 5. There is extremely high turnover across the country. I went to a 2 week sales training with 11 other reps around the country & 5 that I know of have already also quit. They also have continued making reps go into offices and hospitals during COVID while your managers work from home asking what you've done everyday. That's everything you need to know about how much they care about their employee's health. Employee's were literally exposed to COVID and still had to come into the office for work! I cannot stress enough, DO NOT work for them!

Pros

Honestly I don’t have anything good to say about this company.

Cons

They only people they care about is the sales people. When covid hit they only cut the service reps, the ones that are making the least amount. Upper management is a joke. All the want to do is jump on to their employees and send it down the chain.
