      Low pay No bonus even after delivering excellent results Only 2 weeks paid time off The management is very low level and is never open to make changes to the work management In times of a crisis like corona virus , employees are forced to come to work even though they can work remotely .

      Loved My Job

      Pros

      Felt like I was making a difference. Helping patients. Loved working with my coworkers and other staff at other centers, and billing. Great referral friendships. Loved my job, every day, for 15 years.

      Cons

      Middle management and up, dont want to give you the support to run your center successfully. Would not give me extra 1 or 2 $$$ per hour so I could hire a full time clinical therapist. Consequently, I was forced to make clinical decisions, and ended up getting terminated because I did something that lincare clinical coordination center does EVERY DAY!!!

      There are NO pros to this place. Oh wait, there is... I quit it and never looked back.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. It's almost like the movie "mean girls" but the girls in the movie had a better attitude. RUN from this place...its not worth it!
