      02 is King , but you'd better not slip on anything else either

      Get a paycheck, Like my staff

      Cons

      Very minimum staff, no equipment, crappy locations (Had to dig a desk out of a dumpster so I could have a desk), overworked, your best isn't good enough, greed runs rampant with upper mgt, upper mgt quick to point fingers but not help.

      A good way to get into sales but not a long term career

      Pros

      A good way to get your foot into medical sales. Flexible schedule. Those are the only pros I can think of for this company.

      Cons

      Low salary, don’t get paid commission in a timely manner, no incentives, terrible micromanagement, patient care is not their main focus but money is.

      An opportunity if you're trying to begin your career as a sales rep in healthcare industry

      Cons

      Can't make up focus--changes to day to say so sales reps are lost. You will not be able to do true selling on most days. Find every way to not pay commissions. Launch new software with NO training. No help from upper management. Entire staff overworked and underpaid and no candidates to fill positions because they've already heard about Lincare.
