Pros

- My manager is amazing - PTO / Getting time off is easy - Benefits are pretty good

Cons

- No overtime - we aren't salary and in the interview process they really try to sale you on the opportunity to work overtime BUT it has to be approved beforehand when you actually start working - Too Much Work - in training I got around 2 claims/day - out of training/mentorship it's 5-6 sometimes more claims/day - If you're done with your work, you're expected to do other's work BUT STILL NO OVERTIME or extra pay - Micro managing (no my manager BUT THE COMPANY) - there's a system that monitors your keyboard clicks, you have to have 80% productivity throughout the day which means you basically can't leave your desk - Too many task with not enough pay and again you can't work overtime - I heard that it's hard to be promoted or have any type of career growth, which is terrible since it's a huge company

Pros

6% 401k match and up to 5% yearly bonus

Cons

They use a system called Verint to track everything you do down to the click. Management will watch your monitors while working remotely. You must pass productivity goals. They seem to care about that more than anything. Vacation is accrued not given at the first of the year so it takes a while before you can have any substantial time off. Everything is urgent so it’s hard to determine what is actually a priority. The training was decent for me but they immediately start cross training before you’re comfortable.
