Pros
- My manager is amazing - PTO / Getting time off is easy - Benefits are pretty good
Cons
- No overtime - we aren't salary and in the interview process they really try to sale you on the opportunity to work overtime BUT it has to be approved beforehand when you actually start working - Too Much Work - in training I got around 2 claims/day - out of training/mentorship it's 5-6 sometimes more claims/day - If you're done with your work, you're expected to do other's work BUT STILL NO OVERTIME or extra pay - Micro managing (no my manager BUT THE COMPANY) - there's a system that monitors your keyboard clicks, you have to have 80% productivity throughout the day which means you basically can't leave your desk - Too many task with not enough pay and again you can't work overtime - I heard that it's hard to be promoted or have any type of career growth, which is terrible since it's a huge company
