Pros

Work from home. Supportive direct manager. A lot of holidays.

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance. They take advantage of hard workers and expect them to pick up the slack for lazy workers. No room for advancement, not enough accountability, a call center atmosphere instead of a true claims service department. Experienced professionals are passed up for promotions for younger, far less experienced and less capable workers. Turnover is non stop as most new hires don't last a year. Undervalued, overworked, and held back despite excellent performance and with no satisfactory answer as to why. Most management lack good communication skills and don't know how to keep people accountable. Lack of concern from upper management and no communication truly expressing gratitude for loyalty and hard work . Raises and bonuses are far from adequate.
