Terrible pay for the work you do. I am a current employee out on STD for a surgery and they make it nearly impossible to recover without stressing about pay. They are so under staffed and only allow like 2 hours over OT but you will get in trouble if your behind. I work probably 10 hours more a week unpaid. Not only that but they will only provide tuition assistance if it benefits them. Terrible company to work for would not recommend.

The Atlanta Office is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! It is poorly ran by the Senior Leadership Team. It is unhealthy to work there and very stressful. There is no work life balance and the morale has been at the extreme low for years. The Claims Examiners cannot be successful as the claims system is new, but antiquated at the same time. The performance requirements are unrealistic and the customer service is poor at every level. The Senior Leadership Team is unethical, valueless and missing a very important element of leadership called character. The Senior Leadership Team is strategically underhanded and calculated. BEWARE of "leaders" with titles who have no leadership skills. They speak well but have no knowledge to back up what they say. The environment is unhealthy, stressful and agonizing. There is favoritism, retaliation tactics and scheming behavior. There is always backlog in Claims. I am surprised that they still have customers. A shame and a pity. The lies they tell to keep the business. If the customer only knew the truth. The Claims area is grossly understaffed. DO NOT WORK FOR LINCOLN FINANCIAL IN THE ATLANTA OFFICE. CLAIMS IS THE WORST and THE SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM IS A NIGHTMARE! Take heed.......
