      Cons

      Top heavy management who are disconnected and disinterested in what is going on in the trenches. Always behind on technology.

      People, Benefits, lower level managers, community, hours depending on department.

      Cons

      They are becoming more and more of an outsourced soulless corporate machine. More and more positions are being cut and eliminated for short term gains while they make the same mistakes that were made 5 years ago.

      Pros

      Retirement benefits are good, can do pre-tax or roth, 6% contribution gets your a 6% match plus an extra 4% at the end of the year.

      Cons

      Work environment, no real leadership and when the leadership acts it shows they don't care about the employees. Laid off 500 people in February and locked merit raises at 1.5% despite what anyone did on their yearly reviews. So essentially taking a pay cut when you look at inflation year over year just by staying employed there.
