Pros

There are many growth opportunities, the staff is supportive, and I enjoyed working with the patients. This was an overall positive experience and I would recommend working here.

Cons

The work could be challenging at times, the management was not always responsive to our needs, and we struggled with keeping census up during certain times in the year so we would lose PTO and be sent home frequently, which was awful for building benefits (vacation, maternity leave, etc.)
